Supporting India with COVID Relief

In 2005, ARDF invested in some community development projects to help victims of a devastating Tsunami. Now we have the opportunity to help the Indian church reaching out to those affected most by the surging pandemic.

“We as the Anglican Church of North India stand in solidarity and prayer with the thousands of victims in India.”

North India

The pandemic has re-emerged in India and people are suffering. Case counts are surging and it seems each day breaks an earlier record. Hospital beds are full and oxygen and remdesivir injections are in short supply, forcing families to purchase these on the black market even if they are fortunate to get into a hospital. Health experts are recommending a total lockdown. And total lockdowns are a disaster for the poorest Indians, who are the first to lose their jobs.

ARDF is responding through a few trusted partners on the ground. Due to security concerns, we are not able to share all that they are doing. However, we are working hard to ensure that donations to our International COVID Relief Fund get into the hands of those effectively ministering to expand the Kingdom of God in India through tangible acts of compassion.

This is a unique opportunity to support the persecuted church working with unreached people groups. You can join these efforts by supporting ARDF Coronavirus Relief for the International Church.

ARDF first responded to the needs caused by the pandemic a year ago. In the past year, we distributed funds to 17 different countries. Now India needs our help. Please join us in prayer and support for the people of India during this extremely difficult time.
