Connect with Us at New Wineskins!

“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” Psalm 133:1

Ridgecrest, NC

ARDF loves sharing the stories of our partners! We work with some amazing people all over the world and we are honored to showcase them and their work. We are excited that tomorrow we will get to fellowship with many of these church leaders in person at the New Wineskins Missionary Conference in Ridgecrest, NC!

If you are at New Wineskins, stop by our spot in the exhibit hall and join us for a while! Instead of a traditional table, ARDF is bringing some couches and a coffee table, and we want to have coffee with YOU! We’d love to hear your stories of ministry and what brought you to New Wineskins. If you’ve partnered with us before, we want to hear what your experience was like and how your community is doing. If you are new to ARDF, we’d love to hear how you heard about us and how we could serve you and your church. We believe personal connections are important in ministry, and we can’t wait to connect with people from all over the states and all over the world! ARDF has always preferred to work in the background, strengthening communities by coming alongside the local church, because we believe that the local church is always in the best position to reach out and care for those around them.

We will be celebrating our partners at Brazil's House of Hope during our Global meeting. Their expanded facility is welcoming students and providing services in education, income-generation skills, and healthcare, serving more than 200 families a month.

One way we do this is through our process of choosing development projects. This year we had many applicants by local leaders all across the world for development grants. Eight projects were selected for approval, and will be presented to ARDF's Global Council, composed of leaders who represent the Anglican Church in the developing world. They approve all ARDF development projects and provide guidance, accountability, and spiritual direction. Our annual meeting is tomorrow,  before the conference begins. One of the best parts of the meeting is when these leaders get to share what is happening in their countries. They pray for each other and encourage each other in ministry. We are honored to be a part of such fellowship!

We will have a final decision on upcoming development projects soon, so stay tuned to hear about new partners and projects!
