In Sunyani, Ghana, the pandemic has had a devastating impact on the finances of the church. Inadequate tithes and offerings have resulted in a reduced income. Fifty clergy, catechists, church workers, health workers, and their households have been directly affected in the rural areas of the dioceses.

Since the church has the responsibility to care for these people, the diocese reached out to ARDF for help.

With $5,000, the diocese distributed food, masks, buckets, toiletries and other hygiene products to these fifty households.

The diocese is grateful for YOUR support.

“It is our prayers that God will continue to shower you and all our benefactors with His blessing

for your kind gesture towards the Anglican Diocese of Sunyani in particularly and the general

populace of Ghana.”

– Rev Fr Kingsley Gyamena Asante, Diocesan Administrator
