ARDF Offers Two Types Of Development Grants

International Development Grants

Are you an Anglican Church or Diocese outside of North America with a vision to meet practical needs in your community?

ARDF serves the local vision and needs of dioceses and churches throughout the Global Anglican Communion across a wide variety of sectors. We carefully research and select a limited number of new projects each year.

These larger development projects are presented to our Global Council for review and approval. ARDF contributes by bringing a rigorous system of monitoring and evaluation by an independent researcher. This creates a level of accountability to each project which in turn leads to projects that are sustainable and have a long-term impact.

All Anglican churches and diocese located outside the US are eligible to apply with the approval and support of their Bishop.

Our application window for 2024 has closed.
You can learn about our grant priorities and processes here.

Church to Church Grants

Are you an Anglican Church (ACNA) in the United States partnering with an Anglican Church overseas?

ARDF’s mission is to resource the local church to meet the needs in its community, and we know that many churches and dioceses in the Anglican Church of North America (ACNA) already have overseas partners and connections. Our Church to Church matching grants are designed to foster and enhance the impact of those existing partnerships!

All ACNA churches and dioceses located in the US who have an overseas implementing project partner are eligible to apply for this grant. The grant funds will be used to support a community development project in the overseas location.
